You cannot go back to 3.7 after you upgraded to 3.8. The database gets changed when you upgrade and unless you somehow undid all of the database changes, then it isn't possible to go back. You WILL get errors if you try to use 3.7 files on a 3.8 database.
Did you install that using an install script? The install script should have added the new database table, but it seems to be missing. That is what the error is about. Try doing an uninstall now on that product and make sure you remove any files you were supposed to add with the install.
Even after you do the uninstall, as I said above, you WILL still get errors on your site if you are using a database that has been upgraded to 3.8 and you are using the 3.7 files. And please use the html/php/code tags when posting code.
