please can someone help....i installed the kbank mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ighlight=kbank

Did you Uninstall the Product in the Product Manager? And then remove any files you uploaded? Or undo any file edits?

i couldnt get to product managemnet after installing....got page with database error....and not the kind inside the admincp if you know what i mean...a sperate page with the vb logo and database error...try and refresh...or go back...hit go back just refreshes...so i kinda figure its the product but i dont know how to go in and remove it now

again.....it idnt give a specific database error...once in imported it it redirected to a webpage with a vb logo awhich said...you have encountered a database error...refresh or go back.....no identified error...now i just get the code above

Yeah, on the "you have encountered an error" page, there is a database error. You can view it in the page source. Post that.

i dont have that pag anymore nor can i get it.....that was as soon as i installed the product..i have since deleted any files associated with the kbank hack and are now leftwith the above code i have mentioned

Well, you need to somehow uninstall it cuz you never did that and now you are getting errors because it is looking for the necessary files which you deleted. I'd suggest adding back all the files, then finding the database error, fixing that, then uninstalling the modification properly.

You cannot go back to 3.7 after you upgraded to 3.8. The database gets changed when you upgrade and unless you somehow undid all of the database changes, then it isn't possible to go back. You WILL get errors if you try to use 3.7 files on a 3.8 database.
Did you install that using an install script? The install script should have added the new database table, but it seems to be missing. That is what the error is about. Try doing an uninstall now on that product and make sure you remove any files you were supposed to add with the install. Even after you do the uninstall, as I said above, you WILL still get errors on your site if you are using a database that has been upgraded to 3.8 and you are using the 3.7 files.
