how to i add NewPost option above my user name like in this attachment and also how do i add Rss button ohh no i post wrong forums i am using 3.7 plz some move this thread.

The RSS button would probably need to be done via template edit as I can't find the relative plugin, however for the

'No Unread Posts since your last visit'

In future, if you're looking for modifications, use the search, select 'All Mods' and 'Titles Only' and it should find what you're looking for.
