how to i add NewPost option above my user name like in this attachment and also how do i add Rss button ohh no i post wrong forums i am using 3.7 plz some move this thread.

The RSS button would probably need to be done via template edit as I can't find the relative plugin, however for the

'No Unread Posts since your last visit'

I believe this mod might be helpful; https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=168303

In future, if you're looking for modifications, use the search, select 'All Mods' and 'Titles Only' and it should find what you're looking for. :)
