This hack will close the forum depening on the number of users on the forum and opens back again when the number go down.

Mark as Installed - Nominate for MOTM

install

Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-usernumber.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

Close the forum depending on the user number Setting

Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> Close the forum depending on the user number ->

Going to install tonight.

Possible though to exclude other usergroups from this # limitation aside from just the Admin?
