I have visited mainly wedding forums today to see which would best suit, vBulletin phpBB or other. Considering wedding forum and will continue looking.

What the hell is "Wedding forum"?

Also, Like the above user said, it's not guaranteed to work if you're migrating from phpBB Plus, a tip is, simply, you should NEVER use pre-modded forum software that is so heavy as phpBBPlus....for one, it more than likely falls behind on upgrades in means of security among other things, and secondly, the migration process from it to a commercial forum like vBulletin or IPB, is a nightmare to do.
