ImpEx is the importer tool for vBulletin and is available for free if you have a valid license. It does support YaBB, see the manual.

As a pro-tip, you'll find googling the mod name along with vbulletin will often return a better result then vb.orgs search system.

Eg/
"itader vbulletin" will find the itrader modification better then THIS
