Going for VB , Wanna Know About Mods

Hey Guys,

I have decided to purchase VB today, but few question and doubts,

what all features and specially what mods i will get by default ?

i was looking for few mods like reputation system and thanks button

and many more , so let me know and treat me as beginner for VB

Joce

A modification wouldn't be a modification if it was there by default. ;)

You should be able to search the modification forums to find the hacks you are looking for. Reputation system is available by default, there are a few "thanks button" mods too.

There are many good mods for vbulletin. most of them only requiring a few files to be uploaded through ftp then import an XML file through the admincp

and one more thing , do i need to pay again for downloading or getting mod ???

or its free ?

All modifications on vBulletin.org are provided free of charge by the authors.

No problem.

If you want support for default vBulletin functions its always best to ask on vBulletin.com, if you need help with a specific modification the best place to ask is in the modification thread. If you need general modification help, just post in one of the main forums and one of the staff volunteers or other site members will try and help. :D

ok i got on more question ,

like i was hosting forum on Yabb 2.2.3 , is it possible to convert it to vbulletin

and most important do i need to pay something for this convertor tool , or it will be also free ???

There is Impex which is included in the cost of your license. I'm not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure it does Yabb.
