Also note, that putting an excessive amount of exclamation marks in your title doesn't make your thread any more compelling.

Why put "Please help me" as a title? You need to be specific. Short but descriptive.

Also creating a title that suggest that the world is ending unless you get imediate support to add a new smilie (example), will often lead to slow responses if anyone responds at all.
