Thanks, sounds like a lot of work, but I think the payoff of a very interactive forum would be worth it . I was reading a little bit about rss feeds, and that sounds to be close to what I would like but never worked with rss before. Anyone know if a rss feed would be anything close to what I'm trying todo?

Looks like the easyest way todo this is to add a style and edit it to output what you need, in my case XML. Just a reference for anyone wanting to attempt something like me :P.
