1. Visit this link
http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php
and login with your customer ID and pass

2. Under Priority Support in Email Address 2: field, enter your Tech Admin's email address (the one with which he registered at vB.org) and do not forget to check mark this:-

Click here to confirm that you have permission from the owners of these email addresses to assign them to this account

3. Make sure you have the vBulletin.org Forum checked under Site Permissions. Hit Save Email Addresses button.

4. A confirmation email will dispatch.

Thats it.. it cannot be simpler than this !!
