Access to this forum for my technical administrator
 

I had my technical administrator join here and he can't access all forums and hacks.

Please advise how he can gain access to full services and downloads here.

I PM'ed management and have not heard back yet.

Add the email he used to sign up here and add it to the priority support form found here:

http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php

Make sure you check the authorize vBulletin.org's access to license information.

When you say add the email here, where here ?

Yes, PMed management, I guess that is not the way to go, thanks again guys.

1. Visit this link
http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php
and login with your customer ID and pass

2. Under Priority Support in Email Address 2: field, enter your Tech Admin's email address (the one with which he registered at vB.org) and do not forget to check mark this:-
3. Make sure you have the vBulletin.org Forum checked under Site Permissions. Hit Save Email Addresses button.

4. A confirmation email will dispatch.

Thats it.. it cannot be simpler than this !!

Wonder how he did that, as unlicensed users do not have permission to PM.

He was licenced, his TA wasnt. I just wondered who he PM'd as I didnt get one. :)

Here is the deal, please make the "forum leaders" link here a bit more prominent, to be honest I could not even find it for a while. Maybe add this issue to an FAQ also in an "about this forum-forum".

Same issue here. The page says I am unlicensed and the link provided to prove whether I am or not clearly shows I am licensed. Whats gives here? Already contact VB but if anyone can help - thatta be awesome! :confused:
