Yes, that yearly fee gives you access to any updates for that year.

Yes, you can stop paying the yearly fee and reinstate it at a later date but you won't have access to any upgrades during that time. And if it is more than 60 days after the renewal date, the fees are higher now. You will need to check those out.
The org is for hacks and modifications and the com is the official support site for the default vb. |
