if you are looking for something like that, you may need a plugin. that, or a template edit in the FORUMDISPLAY with a conditional statement along the lines of [if = forumid 10 then...]. i don't know what the exact coding would be. then add the table with the rules in it.
or you could put it in the forum description. (
example). the downside to this is when the forum is displayed one-up, or (
example), it will not look the best.
maybe look for someone who is a bit of a better coder than myself (i can read, cant write) and see if they can help you out. maybe there is a way to make the forum description conditional, and not display unless you are actually viewing the forum. not sure why you would want to go that way, but it might be possible so i'm just throwing it out there.
