Hopefully you'll be able to understand what I want to achieve.
Is there any way (by default or use of a mod) to allow someone the edit a thread if it's been locked? Our forum, like many, has a marketplace section to allow users to advertise their items for sale and one section is specifically for vehicle sales. Historically these threads became full of spam and people were constantly "bumping" their threads to keep them at the top. As a result we're locking each thread once the OP has created his or her advert. However I'd like the OP to be able to edit the thread/post so they can amend prices or add details/photo's etc.. Is this possible at all? |
