How to transfer no licensed vBulletin --> licensed vBulletin

I used a cracked version of VB on my localhost to test it out before I went ahead and bought it. And tbh, if I'm spending $85 on something every year, I'd want to try something hands on instead of an online demo version. The demo version may be enough for some, but isn't enough for others.

I actually used a nulled version too but my host would keep suspending my site and also if vbulletin knows about it, they will take legal actions for sure so thats why i bought the owned license.

Thats besides the point its still illegal.
