password protected forums

well, everything is working nice
but i also want my mods to be able to not type in the password everytime
right now supermods/admins dont have to do that

anyone know how i can do that?

Give moderators permission to the forum, and don't make it password protected?

If a user is a moderator of the forum they don't have too.

ok, but is there any way, to make all my moderators, enter a pass protected forum, without typing any pass, just like super mods, and admins..

If you make this edit it will allow all moderators on the site to bypass all forum password.

Open:
---------
includes/functions.php

Find:

if (!$password OR ($vbulletin->userinfo['permissions']['adminpermissions'] & $vbulletin->bf_ugp_adminpermissions['cancontrolpanel']) OR ($vbulletin->userinfo['permissions']['adminpermissions'] & $vbulletin->bf_ugp_adminpermissions['ismoderator']) OR can_moderate($forumid))

Change to:

if (!$password OR ($vbulletin->userinfo['permissions']['adminpermissions'] & $vbulletin->bf_ugp_adminpermissions['cancontrolpanel']) OR ($vbulletin->userinfo['permissions']['adminpermissions'] & $vbulletin->bf_ugp_adminpermissions['ismoderator']) OR can_moderate())

like i have VIP group, and i dont want them to enter password.
