This will allow you to list Usergroup ID's you want to bypass ALL forum passwords.

** Default Install of VB allows:
Administrator = can see all do all - passwords on forums are bypassed.
Super Mod = can see all do all - passwords on forums are bypassed.
Forum Mod = can see all do all - passwords on forum is bypassed on the forums they mod.
