Are there any good content managment systems?

i was asked by some friends to find out about a good CMS for their bussiness. containing the usual news....weather....currency modules...and a good AD system....plus an e-commerce plus an eshop

somthing to show their product and a user managment system were they are able to manage his payments .....multiple

plus a discussion forum

was looking for about a week....found nothing impressive.....either products to buy with very poor demo system that i dont know how it works...

or open source that is soo difficult to manage.....if i find it difficult ..how about them?

that is a real question here...if i look at what does it take to make a good CMS with the vbulletin ability and power.........i dont think its so difficult for all these great coders
