The Forum Genie can sort out the image verification from what i just read...
Some Bulletin Boards require that after you sign up you check your email and click a link before you can post messages. Forum Genie will handle this extra step for you to save you the time and frustration of clicking 100's or thousands of links. It will even delete the email after a sucessfull verification! (pop3 email required)

thats not a CAPTCHA though, it only can bypass verification emails. which is really easy to do with an inbox reader but CAPTCHAs, especially vBulletin's, are hard to break.
