Simple If Statement

I am trying to make it so that if a user is unregistered then they get forwarded to the forum section of my VB4 page. If they are registered then they get sent to the CMS page.

Worked good but the CMS front page is still forcing left, after it adjusts center midway through the load. It still forces left.

I did create a plugin which was suggested under the original modification and it worked flawlessly throughout the 3.x cycle....
