Ive added a background image to my forum, but im having probs with the following:

Ive got a white block at the very top & the very bottom of the page

How can i remove or edit it?

its very simple.......................................

I have added a background image without a problem

But theres what looks like a watermark white block at the very bottom & very top of the page
