Problems after install

Installed the current version for 3.5.1 patch level 2 and I'm running 3.5.1.

The other problem I'm having would be, that as soon as I hit level 2, it goes from 15 to 30 hp, however hitting lvl 3, still 30, 4, still 30, and so on.. what's the fix for this?

If I'm understanding what I'm seeing correctly, it shouldn't be too hard to make a cron to tell the forum when it's a certain time, to lock forum #, and the unlock forum # at the other...
