I believe I already know the answer but is there anything like Abe1's excellent Form Hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=126676) for 3.7? It just doesn't work in 3.7, in fact it FUBARs...

I found a rather nice paid ad system in the form of GAB from thevbgeek.com. It's a bit intimidating at first but gives you complete control over your ad content.

Okay, I was able to get a halfway-working version, but it displays 80 small images. Is there a way to convert it to one large composite image? ImageMagick/GD is something I've never really used.
