Problem with adding new Profile Fields

Whenever I add a new profile field, I enter all the information, but the Name & Description never get added, they show up blank in the Admin CP & Edit Options page.

Nice mod, using the second one. Scrapped the digg button & kept Facebook & Twitter, works like a charm after some modification to images.

A donation is something done out of freewill. If we have to donate in order to get it then it really can't be considered a donation, can it?
