Whenever I add a new profile field, I enter all the information, but the Name & Description never get added, they show up blank in the Admin CP & Edit Options page.

What exactly would be causing this problem?

Ugh. I Should have checked my plugins first.. I figured it out..

What plugin caused the problem? Optimise may have been what caused our troubles.
