Why does the forum squeeze together?

Sometimes when fooling with certain forums, adding them I mean, the vbulletin forums likes to squeeze together. It only shows 25% of the original size and it squeezed all the way over to the right...

Disable recurring subscription in dropdown mod?

There was a mod posted here but I haven't had any luck finding it. I believe the mod was to let the user select if they want a recurring subscription or not in the dropdown.
