I have a forum set up for RSS feeds. I want it INDEXED, so that people can go to the forum and search in it, but I do not want it automatically searched when people use the search feature....

Exactly, i'm sick if people saying that. There is about 3% of hackers that aren't script kiddies, and I doubt they'll find your site, and a specific hole in the shoutbox you choose.
