I've found the thread on adding users automatically and got it working OK but I also want to be able to delete users programmatically.
Any pointers?

Currently, any link inserted in a CMS article opens in a new window or tab - even if it's an internal link to another article which you logically want to open in the same window.

Our users are whinging about getting too many emails:)
