Currently, any link inserted in a CMS article opens in a new window or tab - even if it's an internal link to another article which you logically want to open in the same window.
vB support says the only current work-around is to have a custom BBCode to do it.

I know nothing about creating BBCodes

Can anyone help?
I just need something that inserts a link with 'target=_self'
