Double header after upgrade

I have just installed the latest version - now when I access arcade.php, I have a huge amount of visible code in the header.
No idea what the problem is (VB noob) so would appreciate some guidance....

Image verification being bypassed somehow

Hi,
Since I have upgraded to v3.7, I am getting an average of 10 new registrations a day - all spam. I have the image verification turned on during registration but it seems this is being bypassed...

I just installed this on CMPS v3 RC2 with VB 3.6.8 and got the same issue - no images are displayed. Also no "latest scores" or "latest champions" are showing (although the times are displayed)
