Yes, I did the same thing. I had installed the mod mentioned above but that still never offered the preview option so by disabling it in the admincp all is good again.

Every once in a while I see a member post their phone number in a thread. While we are able to catch this most times and remove it, is there a way I can set up v-bulletin to strip a phone number out?...

My apologies, I guess I meant automatically close itself but not be deleted from the database. So what you're mentioning would be perfect. Any idea's where it might be hiding?
