I know the Admins can install new games via the ACP, but is there any way to allow say an arcade moderator to be able to install new games from the ModCP? If so, how would I go about doing so?

I'm not sure if you figured this out or not but if you goto your Manage Plugins then edit your "Time Spent on Board"... all the values are hard coded for day, min, hour etc, just search for these...
