It would be nice if someone could make/port a hack that allows an admin to set permissions allowing mods to edit some, or all, fields in a member's account from the modcp.

Sort of like this vb2...

Try re-uploading the probreport.php from the zip...

Try re-uploading the probreport.php from the zip file above. Make sure it overwrites the old one and also that it is uploaded in ASCII mode.
