how about a points addon so people cannot download lots at once saving on bandwidth? where they reset everyday unless there a certain usergroup then they can earn more and no reset or something as...

I want to give downloads on my site but users have to buy downloads for points if that makes any sense?? they post to earn points then use there points to get files like expansions for my homebrew...
