Arcade access pass not working :(

I changed settings in admins panel so regular users in usergroup settings cannot view or play arcade and made a test account which i used to buy an access pass I click on arcade and get the "you haven't got permissions message" any help would be appreciated..

I get the same thing with this. Did you manage to find out how to fix this or does anyone know how ?

I have the same problem too on my forums. We have multiple arcade passes available with different expire days, but still no good.
