Global edit Templates? Is there a way to update a template on all skins?

I have a template called "rules" which I add rules for the site, plan on updating this every so often, but how can I edit all skin templates at the same time? It's a pain in the ass to update 6...

Manually change the statistics of total users?

A while ago I had a big crash on my forum and ran a script that deleted members with 0 posts, this made a difference on my statistics of 50,000.

How to block certain bbcode in signatures?

I installed the hack for bbcode such as youtube and myspace. Now members are posting youtube and myspace bbcode in their signatures which I dont like. How can I block special bbcode in signatures?
