Global edit Templates? Is there a way to update a template on all skins?

I have a template called "rules" which I add rules for the site, plan on updating this every so often, but how can I edit all skin templates at the same time? It's a pain in the ass to update 6 skins....there has to be a way to edit all skin templates at the same time?

Create it as a GLOBAL phrase then use the phrase in your template on all your skins. That way you can just edit the Phrase instead of editing the template.
E.g. in your template:

$vbphrase[rulephrase]

awesome I get what your saying.

I got a problem tho when I added the phrase I pasted what I wanted the phrase to show, however it doesnt show the forum, it shows a blank white page with the phrase I put.

For product I put vbulletin?

What did you set for the varname? (when you added the phrase)
