How can I customize my main page titles?

For my homepage, /forum.php, and /activity.php, how can I change their titles to something custom instead of using the generated ones? I've tried editing the options but it's like playing whackamole....

That changes the text but i want "bugs fixed" instead of "bugs" so i need to change the math as well. In the templates it just has {raw: stats} or something like that. I don't see where I can...

I have 110,000 users. A usergroup promotion is going to be overkill. There should be an easy way to do a conditional on the blog-create page that shows a message if the user has less than 100 blogs.

How do I limit signature size per post user's usergroup?

I tried this:

<vb:if condition="is_member_of($bbuserinfo, 6,7,3)">

But that goes off of the member that is logged in, right? I want a condition for the user of each post.
