Can vbulletin automitically unsubscribe emailed users?

When sending out mass emails I would like the ability to have the user unsubscribe to emails and put into a different usergroup. Is this or something like this possible?

then try to post something it will only post "dododo" so i dont understand why i cant get it to post 15 or whatever for the numerical occurence...
