How can I change the background with image like the one on this board? The flower backgroud. Thanks!

Do it Via your CP - Style Sets.
Otherwise if you have a forum border like this one here I think there is a mod for it.

How can I show it on the whole background? Because I can get the image to show up but it was chopped off with the forums?

Add this to the <td> tag of the table. (Add it inside the tag)

Depends where exactly you want the background to be.

As u can see on the attached gif file, I wanna in the background of the forum, because It looks wired when there is a outer background:(

You should prolly do two diff ones because they are two diff backgrounds. To set that bg you are talk about, go in the 'Modify Style' and change 'Page Background Color' to:
#FFFFFF" background=urlofimage
*Note - Leave no trailing quotation mark!

Like I said earlier thats how it should be done but he/she is saying that it ends up like the screenshot still? o_O

S/he didn't know which template to do it in and I said the way to do it in the 'Style Options'. The screen s/he posted was just another view of the same problem as above.

I think thats all there is to it. Maybe you should do it via the templates? *shrugs*
