There is a 3.5.x version
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=94128

I don't recommend putting it on 3.6.x

I loaded my install page, and clicked "install" and it just blinks and does nothing.

Hello,

I cannot figure out what is going on. I created a new thread and they selected to place a vBookie event within the thread and when I submit it....nothing happens. It just looks like a normal thread and it did not let me create an event. Any ideas?

I am running VB 3.7 and am also using vBCredits.

The version for vb3.5xx works fine on the latest version of VB.

I think "officially" it's unsupported but it still works. If I remember rightly, there's a small change you need to make to get it working but that's detailed in the thread.

The fix you are looking for was posted in that thread by Paul M - try searching the thread using his name as the search term and see if that leads you to it.

Cheers,

Hey Guys, I am running vB 3.7 and would love to setup something like this. Does it work with vB 3.7? Or is there a better mod I should be using?

Also, it seems that a lot of people have problems with this mod, is it even worth using? It would be for a pretty successful site, so I can't have it not work properly.

Its working fine for me in vB 3.7. No problems at all. You just need to make a couple of changes to it to get it working in 3.7

Thanks Abhi9!
What changes did you have to make?

You can find it in the first post by Paul M over here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=1035092). Also, download the vBookie mod from that thread. You'll have to rebuild the bitfields(www.yourdomain.com/admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields) once you install the mod.

Anyway to correct errors when all bets lose because a user has bet on both sides of a game ? is the setup wrong or just an error in the mod?

When I go to install, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function query_first() on a non-object in /admincp/vbookie_install.php on line 1176

Is there a way to integrate vBookie with Credits on the forum rather than using vbBux or uCash?

I have heard rumors that vbookie is being redeveloped into becoming a premium mod - I saw it come up in a thread in another forum (not posting link as do not want to advertise) - I was just wondering if anyone else had heard this or whether this was just someone elses wishful thinking.
