Make the navbar and Postbit statements conditional upon being logged in. Then they won't see them unless they are a member who is logged in.
As for not seeing the postbit code, it's just popup code so place in the same place as your search and quicklinks or look for NAVABAR POPUPS or something similar.

Make the navbar and Postbit statements conditional upon being logged in. Then they won't see them unless they are a member who is logged in.It's nice in theory, but if someone knows the direct link to the page, they can still see the images. I want that page to be blocked from certain usergroups, including logged in ones. Hiding the postbit doesn't solve my problem, exactly. :)

I didn't read through all the post to see if this was around.... So I created my own little module for use in VBadvanced.
I have a highly modified $navbar template and did this out of nessessity... So, I'll share with everyone else...
This is a hack that is meant for use with VBadvanced.
It can be found here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?p=104377#post104377)

If a member is deleted from the site, will their images be deleted as well?
ChipW

to test that, create a fake user.... upload a couple images then delete that user....

I managed to get rid of all of the errors except one by putting in the usual path to the forums, instead of the public_html path.
I still get this error:
Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open 'http://www.misc-world.com/endeavour/imagehosting/145c4c9e6dc492.jpg' for writing in /includes/vbimghost_include.php on line 209
What's causing this?

Is anyone having an issue after clicking on "Upload and Image" that their host is shutting off their site because of a CPU Quota Exceed Error? It seems when I do click upload an image it just sits there as if it can't find it and then my host is shutting our account off saying we are exceeding our quota. I was having no problems with this mod until the other day but I have been having a huge amount of issues with my host at bluehost.com. Anyone having these or similar issues? I need to know what direction to go in here. Fix something with the mod or yell at my host.
Merriweather

I haven't had such issues, Tom. If you didn't make any changes to the mod or added other mods and this just started happening, I'd contact the host.
Tom_S
02-10-2007, 02:58 PM
I did contact them and they are saying this is the issue:
Fri Feb 9 17:01:38 2007: used 30.03 seconds of cpu time for HTTP Request: mywebsite.com : GET /member/vbimghost.php?do=upload
At the exact time this happened the server I am on the load was at 10.09 (4 cpus). I am ready to move from bluehost. I have been with them since they started but they are all about the money now and not the client. ACK!
You are correct in assuming I did nothing to the mod. It has been running fine until this.
Thanks..I appreciate the confirmation.
Tom
30 seconds of CPU time seems like a lot. Do you have a slow upload and they are maybe counting the whole time the connection is open?
Tom_S
02-10-2007, 03:09 PM
I wan't uploading anything. I only clicked the upload link to give me the page to upload a file. This is the time it was taking just to open the upload page which it never did. The issue was on their side. It is shared hosting. We are forever now running into other accounts zapping the server such as I pointed out that at the time I was attempting this our server load was at 10.09 (4 cpus) which nothing will work for anyone when this is doing this.
They however wish to blame it on you if you contact them and tell you to modify your scripts to run the minimum load possible for the server. As it stands the box we are on has 840 shared accounts and they say accumulating 500 plus per day.
I really was hoping it was an issue that was a simple fix others were having but I knew it was my host and not the mod.

TOM, I too rent from bluehost & have been having major problems with them,....but this is going
off topic. There is a thread regarding host problems here on vb.org. I have a dedicated ip, I also get the most you can get from bluehost, I haven't yet had the problem you are having with them about this particular mod. Feel free to pm me or visit my site to share our troubles about bluehost.

Ranma2k ~ Since the images are not renamed when uploading, what happens if a user uploads two pictures with the same name, or if two users upload pictures with the same name? Is this something you've taken into account?
Tom_S
02-11-2007, 02:57 AM
Here is something to take into account. First. I am paying for professional webhosting. Second, when you click this link: http://myhost.com/forum/vbimghost.php?do=upload
This error occurs. No matter if there is one member or twenty members. How is it you explain that?

They don't appear to be... if I user uploads a file called mydog.jpg, it's still mydog.jpb on the server...
ETA ~ I see what you are saying now. The file name itself is changed on the server to a unique identifier, but it shows the original file name in the person's gallery -- excellent! :)

Another question/request... right now, a user without vB image hosting permissions sees "no images" when they click to view their images, and if possible, it would be nice for that to give a message saying they don't have access to the feature. Same with the [Open] and [Quick Upload] buttons on the posting screen -- it would be great if they just didn't show for someone without permission, or told them they don't have access when they clicked either one. :)

I just hid all that stuff for guests, cause all my members have access. You can wrap a conditional around it to hide it, if you know how to do that...

I was able to make it not display any of the photo pages for those without access to upload by using conditionals. It would be nice to have it as a built-in feature of the mod, though (for future versions/users). The one thing I can't do yet is hide the [Open] and [Quick Upload] for those without permissions -- have you been able to do that?

In the instructions it states to find the following:
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="faq.php$session[sessionurl_q]" accesskey="5">$vbphrase[faq]</a></td
and
<!-- PAGENAV POPUP -->
I'm going into Navigation / Breadcrumb Templates and going to navbar and can't find any of that text. Am I going to the wrong navbar (is there more than 1?)
I have found the same thing. I had to revert my navbar template to the default because of my board logging members off continuously. So my template is the 3.6.4 default template and I can not find the <!-- PAGENAV POPUP --> code.

Wrapping the template edit in 'editor_smiliebox' with a conditional doesn't work?
ok error: i manage to upload the images by removing the [bburl] tags that were in the code that we need to put before popup menus...
BUT: when i upload pic: my forum url gets posted twice:
example: http://www.noviforum.net/www.noviforum.net/vbimghost.php?do=displayimg&imgid=3
so i just get red x instead of image showing

I can't seem to get my watermark to work, all I tried to use was the text one, and nothing shows up.
also, is there a way I could easily allow the users to add a brief 'name' or 'description' of the image they are uploading? Scrictly for SEO purposes, and possibly a search feature..to search for a certain pic by 'tag' lines. Just some suggestions.

Well this issue still exists and it seems to only be with IE. Firefox has nadda going on as far as this. I don't understand it at all since no one else has had this happen. I am wondering if our host has done something in the background to impede this process to cause this?

vBulletin should not be used on shared hosting. The software and some added mods and hacks will kill your alotted cpu cycles. sometimes this hack will eat up cpu time.
been there. now have my site on a high CPU user tier, and not to many problems.
Tom_S

Not many problems? If you went to a dedicated server and have any problems then I see a HUGE issue. Shared hosting has nothing to do with what is going on if they have their hardware setup effectively. Thanks for the feedback though.

can you turn on and off the html/bbcode links ?
I edited the template to remove the HTML ones, as my users can't link outside my forums and don't need it. You could do the same if you just want to completely remove them.
I would love to see the author implement a switch that would only show the BBCode link to the owner of the photo. :)

Thanks, I was looking for it through my FTP (I'm still in phpbb2 mode). It is installed and works, but I am getting some error messages.
When I add am image it throws up a bunch of error messages (Too quickly to copy and paste :o ) , but the upload still works. Any ideas on that?
Also, I had a few images that will not delete because I pulled them from the directory through FTP. So now they are stuck in my dbase with no image. Any idea how to pull them? Using delete does not work :mad:
Thanks,
Matt

This is an awesome hack. The hack would be even better with a few organizational options however. Right now, its got all the functionality it needs for the individual however if the community wants to view photos I find it to be limiting.
How hard would it be to have the option of categorizing the photos when a user chooses to view all member images? In the admincp I'd like to be able to set a category and have it be a mandatory field to fill out (dropdown capable) when a user uploads a photo. Then when a member wants to view all images, they can order them by category.
Thoughts? BTW I hate Photopost with a passion. This hack puts it to shame in terms of ease of use.

Had a 3.6.4 forum hacked (as in Turkish hackers, not as in a deliberate VB mod) a couple of days ago with a hack called cmdhack, and there are some signs that it came in through a previous version of Image Hosting - version 1.3.1. I was looking here to see what the most current version is. I see 1.3.1 is outdated but I'm not sure if the recent updates change anything about security (if indeed Image Hosting was the way they got in.
The reason I think Image Hosting may have been the route in is because there were 3 new files appeared in the 'imagehosting' directory at about the time the site was hacked. There should only be image files and an index.html (with nothing in it) in there, but we had a new index file plus 2 php files. Couldn't open any of them by ftp for editing - access denied. We were able to delete the folder and replace it with a backup and the forums are up and running again now once we fixed the problem in the db - see below.
I'm still puzzled about how those files got there though. The Image Hosting feature is set to a) only accept jpg, gif, png, and bmp files. I've tried txt files etc and it won't accept them. b) only trusted members of the forum are enabled on the Image Hosting system - general public don't have permissions. All forums have HTML disabled.
I've disabled the Image Hosting hack from all users for now. I'd appreciate any thoughts on how this might have happened. Can a script be disguised as an image file? Could one of the trusted members have innocently uploaded what he thought was a clean image file but was actually the hacker's script?
I'd like to keep Image Hosting on the site because it's a terrific hack.
What happens with this cmdhack is that as soon as the forums try to load you get redirected straight to a page on the hackers site ('Turkish Hackers blah blah' rubbish).
If you do get caught with it, it's easy to get rid off as long as you have access to phpmyadmin:
Long story short ... the hack changed a couple of fields in the top level publicly accessible forum (the Category in other words). The Title field text was replaced with a refresh command and the description field had the URL details to the hackers page. As soon as the forums load the refresh/redirect command kicks you to the hackers URL after a second or two.
No new pages were added to the site - the 'You've been hacked' page was on the hackers remote site. Easy enough to fix by going into phpmyadmin, listing the 'forum' table and look for the forum that has the wrong info in it. Replace the hackers text with the correct text and off you go. You can't edit it in the admin cp because as soon as you try to list the forums in Forum Manager the redirect kicks in again.
Thanks

Sorry, for some reason I was thinking there'd be a change log here to show reasons for updating from 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 or this current version. Just realised 1.3.1 was for VB 3.5 and the changelog is in there ok.
Looks as though one of the mods was indeed to prevent non-image files being uploaded. I'd be grateful if someone could confirm this could well have been my problem but that this current version is safe?

How can they, if you don't have your site's URL in the profile (which I do not, for that very reason)...
Very nice hack by the way!
But I'm unsure about installing this - maybe the developer can make a statement in regards to what oatsy said? That'd make my decision easier.

But I'm unsure about installing this - maybe the developer can make a statement in regards to what oatsy said? That'd make my decision easier.The developer has not posted since early December 2006 and has ignored a PM I sent for support on this mod. My guess is that it is no longer supported.
Without knowing what file the hackers used and how the files got there, I think it's unfair to assume it was the cause of this mod, though I also respect the need for clarification on the mod's security.
I have tested my personal installation of this mod and am not able to upload a .php, .html or .htaccess file.
My guess is that the hackers hit oatsey some other way, and that the folder holding oatsey's hosted images has been CHMODED to 777 (all permissions to all groups) which in itself is a security risk. You're better off using 755. On a shared server, nothing should ever be world-writable with mode 666 or 777. Doing so can potentially allows other users of the server to change your files. A hacker may have uploaded a bona-fide image file through the mod and then hacked the file through the server, which is not a problem with the mod itself.
Of course, I have no proof of this, but in my experience, you cannot use this mod to upload anything other than images.

Know that if you delete a member, you then have a bunch of photos assigned to "Guest" that show on the member photo page but can't be accessed. You have to go in the AdminCP and manually delete them. Since there's no username associated with them, you have to look at AL photos and just find them, it's a real pain. It's be great if there was some maintenance utility to remove all images not associated with a user or something. :)

When I upload a png the background turns black. It's done this to me before and I thought that I just needed to redo the render I've redone it 4 times and it still does the black background. The render went perfectly into the photopost gallery but yet still gave me problems when I tried to use imagehost.
Is there a fix for this bug?
Thank you.

I would say that its pretty much impossible that an upload script is adjusting the colors of your image.

Thanks.I would guess that your image has a transparent background and the black you're seeing is the page background, not an image background.
You can confirm this by right clicking the image after it's been uploaded, selecting "copy image location" and pasting that into the address bar. Is the background still black?

Hi everyone .
I'm sorry i was away lately but i really had big issues in real life concerning work/ financial things
now with everything is back to normal I'm going to continue working on it ..
i have setup a test env for the software and currently I'm working on having all the issues resolved
So in order to set the goal for the new ver ( 2.0) it should have :
1- Multiple storing system ( Local host / remote host ) can only use one !
2- Add-on En/Disabling system
3- Comment/rating system
4- Personal Folders ( ability for each user to create folders )
5- fixing the issues with the current versions.
If anyone have any addition to this list please Write it in a well documented way including the reason and they way he want it . so it would be easy for all of us to understand.

Nice Hack that Kicks Ass!
This is exactly what we were looking for as our forum members aren't to hip to the computing scene. We like making it nice and easy for the old folks to be able to post pics on our forum. ;)
Had a little trouble at first because I entered the wrong path to our forums. Here is a little tool (attached) for finding out what your forum path is. Just load it up to your forum folder via FTP and access the file through your web browser. The path to your forum will be printed out on the screen and then you just copy and paste. I found this tool at A Small Orange (www.asmallorange.com).

Is there anyway to make it so that administrators or super mods don't have limitations on their upload count? We use this feature to upload tutorial images so the above class of users can really stack up image counts. As it sits now we have to raise the bar for all users every time we hit the limits for individual users which isn't exactly what we had in mind.

Love this hack, works great, and no errors, for the most part.
It works great for me, and most of my users. However for some reason, some users cannot see the images when they are posted on the forum. I know that this is not a browser setting, because when they log in with a different account they see the images fine.
One of my Admins for example, is having this problem. He cannot see the images in a post, if he edits the post(with out making any changes) then they show up fine:confused: I don't think it has anything to do with the user group settings either, as we are in the same user group, and I don't have any problems :confused:
Am I the only one who has run into this? Does anyone have a clue what might cause this?
Other than that this hack is great, and I love it. Thanks :D

Hey Ranma2k,
Thanks for rekindling the project towards the next release. I have a few requests for the next version
1. Ability to add recent 5 "public" pictures anywhere on the index page
2. Recent 5 images when viewing a members profile completely breaks page layout, perhaps have an admin option to change that number or resize the images to fit on the page ?
3. Perhaps even turn it slightly into a "gallery" so clicking on view users images shows thumbnails of their recent public photos ?
4. Comments for images ?
These are few I had in mind, will be happy to add to the list if / when time permits you to take more into consideration.

I was surprised that the original hack doesn't have a code box for "Image Thumbnail". When the image you upload is larger than the "Thumbnail Width" or "Thumbnail Height" you have set in the options, it automatically creates a smaller image named "thum_whatever.jpg"
So I edited the appropriate templates to add <tr>
<td class="alt1">Thumbnail IMG</td>
<td class="alt2"><input type="text" value="$vbimghost[thumbpath]"></td>
</tr>I thought this was a nice "hidden feature" that really should be implemented in the actual hack. :)
Do note: If the uploaded image is smaller than the Thumbnail dimensions, it just shows the same URL that is in the regular IMG code boxes, which is about all it can do. :)
I find this handy for news articles and such, and that way I don't have to bother opening up Photoshop to resize the image. Plus, this way I still have the large original image available for other uses.
Great hack, btw! Any chance of adding a "Title" option below each upload box like Photobucket? I don't like having to rename my JPEGs...
Another huge bonus would be putting things in different albums.. My solution for now is creating a user named "Art" or something and only giving it access to VB Image Host (This is something only a few people have access to, so the "View all users images" turns into a list of "Albums" so to speak)

because when a member is writing a new message it would be extremely useful to have image upload boxes for the hosting under additional options

My question is using the editor add-on, it's using the bbcode and url and I would prefer it to use just the bbcode. Also it's using the thumb nail pics and not the full size pics when posted from the add-on in the editor.

No the directory path to your forum ..
the reason it won't work with you since it will look for the directory /home/user/public_html/forum which doesn't exists it will add the value in the DB but no file and it will appear as black ( yes it's a bug it shouldn't add it in the DB )
You must set the path correctly if you need help let me know via PM

Yes I understand it's using the thumbnails. I'd like to change that to where it just shows the pic without going to the preview page. I understand I can just delete the url to link to the preview page and the thum_ reference in the bbcode and achieve this but I would prefer to post it directly without having to manipulate it. Is it possible to change this and if so, where should I change it?

if you want to do that
go to the template vbimghost_popupload_pre
find
//just thumb
result = 'https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/ ('+ dispath + ')';
<if condition="!$vbimghost[thumbsize]">
result_html = "<a href='" + dispath+ "' target='_blank'><img src='" + thumbp + "' border='0'></a>";
<else />
result_html = "<a href='" + dispath+ "' target='_blank'><img src='" + thumbp + "' width ='" + thumbsize + "' border='0'></a>";
</if>
and replace it with
//just thumb
result = 'https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/';
result_html = "<img src='" + thumbp + "' border='0'>";
also find
<body onload="sendLink('$vbimghost[thumbpath]','$vbimghost[dispath]','$vbimghost[thumbsize]');">
and replace it with
<body onload="sendLink('$vbimghost[path]','$vbimghost[dispath]','$vbimghost[thumbsize]');">
that should do it for you

haha, well that almost got it.. :)
It worked for the "quick upload" pics but the "open" pics didn't display anything when clicked in the editor, it didn't act like it was doing anything at all. So I save the test post and I had ten of the same pics.. The click was working, just nothing to tell you it had worked. Also the "open" pics were still thumbnails.

ok if you want that also
replace the content of the vbimghost_imgbits_poprow template with this
<if condition="$counter==$vbimghost['imgperrow']">
</tr>

</if>
<td width="25%" align="center" valign="middle" class="alt1">

In the vbimghost_imgbits_popmain template...
Change:
result = '[ url='+ dispath + ']https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/[/url ]';
To:
result = 'https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/';
omit the space at the beginning of the url tag and at the end of the close url tag. I had to put those in to get them to show even with the code tags wrapped around them.

I have a question for you, Though I did not find it posted here, unless i need new glasses, but the question I have for your mod. (which is a perfect addition, by the way) is can, or is it possable, to make a modification to the code, to be able to let members make catagories in their image hosting area? or let admin to be able to give permission to add that option as well???
I had a few people ask this. and was wondering if it would be possable to do.
Thanks in Advance
PS: VBoard should add this to their regular system, as a installation item in a future release

I'll wait to you post that then I'll look cause I have edited mine big time now as I don't allow hotlinking and removed the html code part when the image is displayed(should be a admin option) along with a few other parts. but alot is with your <input> tags not closed all the way and in you vbimghost.php changing & to & also that I can think of is your valign="center" should be valign="middle" and images closed all the way. once you post the next version I can do it in detail on a text what I change. Max image dimention allowed 800 * 600

The image has a maximum vertical dimension of 600 - and you're trying to upload an image with a vertical dimension of 640. That's it.
Use your image editor to resize accordingly and it will work.

Sorry I wrote them wrong, the image I'm uploading is 640 HIGH, not wide.
I desperately need something like this, but with some options added .. is it possible to make this so that a user can do groups of images choosing a "primary image" which will then be used as a thumbnail in his signature or near his nick, and then also add text description to each image .. ??
for example, imagine at the bottom of this page i had XXX amount of thumbnails (say, a default of 5) like this
(image 1 here) (image 2 here) (image 3 here) (image 4 here) (image 5 here)
my summer pics my winter pics my autmn pics my spring pics my other pics
and then, each of those images be clickable and open up a whole series of images with their description .. for example if you click on (image 1) , it will open a series of images of me at summer time, each of those images would be with a description text near it.
Also, optionally, that page with my summer images series on it would have a link like "view all images by this user" which will correspondingly show all the images that i currently have here..
is it possible to do ? would someone please do ? i desperately need it ..
Thanks a lot in advance

Help!
Hey! Seems like a great product/plug-in. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I believe I followed the install.htm instructions verbatim. However, they seem to be a little lacking in detail. I'm not a dummy at all. I can't figure out why the new Vbimagehosting doesn't show up in the ADMINCP.
What exactly does this mean?
Go to the Admincp and reconfigure the usergroup and the option
Here's my site: http://www.camillegerard.com
I don't get it? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Ok. Please disregard my problem above. I am being somewhat of a bonehead. I figured out it's under "vBulletin Options." I see it in the AdminCP now. Phew.
Anyway, I have a different problem. What exactly does this mean (from the install instructions)?
Go to the Admincp and reconfigure the usergroup and the option
VB Imagehosting seems to be functioning properly but no user (including admins) can post. Where/and how do I set/alter permissions to allow this? Please be explicit ad my boneheaded-ness seems unusually high today.
Here's my error:
Freddy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
:eek:
Thanks!

Goto the UserGroups tab in your AdminCp, expand that and click UserGroup Manager and then whatever groups you want permissions set on. Look for the options under the VB Image Hosting options making sure you enable Can upload images ?

Thanks for the quick response. I guess this is my problem and I've screwed something up in the installation becaue I do not see a VB Image Host expandable section in the AdminCP left pane. There is only a subsection of VB Image Hosting under the general vBulletin drop-down options in the CP.
I'm supposed to see scr06.jpg (below) in there am I not? It's not there.
When I do as you suggest under UserGroup Manager, there is no section at all titled "VB Image Hosting Options."
Confused.

reupload the XML files in the includes/xml directory
and then re import the product XML

You need to look further down the left pane to one of the vbulletin default sections. There you'll find your UserGroup Manager.
Also make sure you refreshed your AdminCP after importing the XML or you won't see what your screenshot shows until you log out and back in.

OK. I found the AdminCP problem. I neglected to copy one includes/xml .php file. That's resolved. It now shows up on the left hand pane. Thanks for the help.
I still have this permissions problem quoted above for all users - can't upload - permission denied. Which permission group am I supposed to be seeing and editing?

Thanks guys.
I think I must be missing something. Is there supposed to be a separate permissions area for VB Image Hosting? If so I don't see it when, for example, setting the Administrators and Registered Users permissions (see screenshots).

OK. I'm trying my best not to be a pest. I've read through every post in this thread and have searched this forum extensively to find the answer. My only conclusion is that I must have screwed something up on the installation. I went through it again and verified every file was properly copied - they are. I found this in this thread (which is my problem):
admincp/vbimagehost...on the left, make sure its on & set your settings, also..
admincp/usergroup/usergroupmanager....Go through each usergroup, scroll down, you will see, vbimagehost, set settings on each usergroup...

So, I am clearly missing something when I go to Usergroup > Usergroup Manager > Edit (I don't have a "Usergroup >Usergroup Permission" field anywhere in site). When I click "Edit", attached is what I do have. Have I messed something up on installation?

you'll need to make sure that
1- you Have GD installed with PHP
2- You set the permission to the directory to 777 ( which you say you did )
3- set the path to your forums in the imagehosting options (the correct path )
if everything you did is correct and still have problem
pm me your info and I'll help you out .

New issue.
What's up with this error?
Uploaded file is not an image
I'm trying to upload known .jpg's well below my limits of 3008x2000 and 3MB. 2200x1800 1.8MB files are uploaded with no problem. Does this having something to do with fields of the vmimghost table in MySQL? Should I attempt to adjust them?
Thanks.

what type of img is that ?
if it's a text file with the extension .jpg it won't work .
also note that you can't bypass the php.ini file setting
so if you set the size limit to 5 mb but in php.ini setting it's set to 2 mb you can only upload 2 mb files

Ranma2k,
Is there a way to set all usergroups to be allowed to upload images?
I have about 50 usergroups and it would be quicker for me to dissallow the 5 or so I don't want to have it rather than manually go through allowing 50.

Whoo hoo! That did it! seting max upload size to 3M and restarting Apache fixed it!
Wasn't a text file. These are actual JPG photos.
Thanks.

This mod is great and all but one thing I would really like is the ability to toggle the image properties on and off. For example: BB Code URL, BB Code Image and HTML code. I'd like not to display those.

This mod worked great untill i tried to use it on another forum.
When rebuilding thumbnails i get the following error:
Warning: getimagesize(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/user/public_html/forums/imagehosting/1461fe104d7168.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/ishson1:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /admincp/vbimghost.php on line 279

And when using the quick upload in the reply box, The bbcode displays but the actual photo does not..
I am also having a problem with the watermark not showing
Warning: getimagesize(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/user/public_html/forums/imagehosting/watermark.png) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/ishson1:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /includes/vbimghost_include.php on line 221

Just edit them out of the template.
Check out vbimghost_imgbits in the VB IMAGE HOSTING Templates
find and remove
