OK by no means am I an expert but forum root is public html, and when you run it is www.yourforums.com/forum/installer/index.php (http://www.yourforums.com/forum/installer/index.php), or whatever your file paths is (mine is, www.myforum.com/forums/installer/index.php (http://www.myforum.com/forums/installer/index.php)) but you can't run that until all the folders are uploaded. Also you will most likely have to add new folders in your forum root. I hope this helps and doesn't confuse. Really new at explaining this stuff.

Sometimes when I try to visit the site...with this mod enabled..I get a white blank page and the site won't load.
