Very simple Battle hack...

Ok, maybe someone can help me w/ this one here. It's a simple battle hack that I need, almost like a random number generator, but with zeros and ones. Here's how it should work:

Zajako's Ultimate RPG Stat hack, based off of Knowman's Yet another stat hack is installed...

In the Specific battle Arena forum, a user would click a link. This would generate a simple 3 digit Binary number. If that number is 111, the Level (Remember, using that stat hack) would be multiplied by 200. If the number generated had one Zero in it, like 110, 101, or 011 the level would be multiplied by 100. If the number generated had a single 1 in it, like 001, 010, or 100, their level would be multiplied by 50. If it was all zeros, it'd be multiplied by zero, or to be less complicated, just a zero.

I'd greatly appreciate a random number generator, because right now, we hold battles with a 3rd party neutral referee flipping coins (A lot simpler than using Die, mind you ), and if somehow, they could just click a link, and it would randomly generate a number (Preferably put the generated number into the next post, like a post reply automatic deal) that would eliminate the need for a 3rd party referee, and things would go smoother, and possibly be more exciting...

Compared to some hacks out there, I don't think this would be THAT hard, it's basically a binary random number generator, but I'm still too new w/ PHP to do such a thing myself just yet...

I hate to double post, but I could really use this hack, and it shouldn't be THAT hard to make, it's a basic binary generator at heart...
