Unfortunatly my site has very very limited disk space restrictions. Could someone help me out on making it so that when you enter the URL for an avatar (in your profile), instead of uploading that avatar it instead puts the link into the sql.

I havent quite figured it out, but that would be the easyest way since its still called by an <img tag on the pages.

Eurgh, I also asked once before. My coding is sloppy and only works half as good as its suposed to XD (as my two hack releases have proved).

you could try having it save to another mysql database, have it check the user and have them fill out the avatar information then disconnect from the current database and then connect to a new one and save the info there, it wouldnt be hard to do and you can connect to other sites mysql not just localhost

I dont have a mysql database on my remote server so this wont work. And some hosts dont allow more than one database as well. Some wont even have outside linking, so this would not be wise to do.

The hack was removed so what did it do? Is anyone working on it?
