Who's Chatting?

Here is alittle hack that I compiled and enhanced out of the source code aided to me by Mem.

This hack will allow you to display the members in
your phpmychat on the forum home page. Very useful
for allowing others to know who is in the chat, and
to further promote the chat room.

Requirements:

- phpmychat (must be installed on same database your forum is running under)
Can be found at: http://www.phpheaven.net/projects/phpMyChat/download/

- You may need, but not tested, the phpmychat
integration by Stasik, which can be found at
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...at+integration

After notes:

I highly recommend phpmychat over any other chat room, as it is free and easy to set up. It works very nicely also.

isnt easier to simply remove the if argument?

I think I can use the same basic principles as the other hack I just can't figure out where to insert the code into phportal?

I've got a quick question I asked in the other post, and thats how can you set phpmychat to erase members after 1 minute instead of 4 minutes. Because if someone enters the chat and then leaves, their name will still show up in the "Who's Chatting" box for 4 minutes.
