I hack that would change the v confusing timezone select just to a select what your time currently is would be a great idea!

and if i have lost you then it would go something like

(GMT -4:00 hours) 08.42 AM
(GMT -3:00 hours) 09.42 AM

this would be a huge improvement if anyone has the know-how and can take the effort.
