[REQ] Manage post edit time limit per user, per forum

As the title states.

It would be great if someone could code a product that allows for setting the edit time limit to apply

to certain usergroups
to certain forums

Ideally, different time limits could be set, but simpler on/off functionality would be beneficial.

Someone?
