How do you port a hack from 3.0 to 3.5?

Um.. that's a VERY open question..

It totally depends on each hack. Some it's just a matter of adding a few lines as a plugin, but others have to be completely rewritten.

Maybe you should ask for a port in the hack thread for the hack in question?
